To All Our Valued Customers,
August 10, 2006 marked our 17th anniversary doing business in The Town Center of Mililani. So it saddens us to say that we have decided to close our doors at that location. As many of you know, we have been experiencing an ongoing noise problem in our store that has seriously disrupted our business and that has resulted in numerous complaints from our employees and customers. We have made every effort to have our concerns addressed by our landlord and with security, but after a year of no resolution, we have no choice but to close our doors. Our last day of business at the Mililani Town Center will be on Saturday, August 26th.
Our customers have been and will remain our No. 1 priority. You can contact us at our current phone number or check our website for updates on future expos, craft fairs, orders, etc. Once we secure a new store location, we will put the information on our website as well, so stay tuned!
If you will be needing anything from us after August 26th, you can still contact us, either by telephone or by email at creations@hawaii.rr.com. We will continue to maintain the same phone number for your convenience. We will continue to assist you with orders and pick-up arrangements, requests for suggestions for party invitations, favors, etc. For example, if you need suggestions for party invitations and/or favors, just email us with the theme of the party, color scheme, what you had in mind (i.e. photo, stenciling, stamping, etc.), the size of the invitation, what you had in mind to fill your favor boxes or bags, etc. If you contact us by email, just type "Norice" or "Creations Unlimited" on the Subject line so that it does not get lost in our spam filter.
You can still redeem our gift certificates at the Rubber Stamp Expo and other craft fairs that we will be attending, which information will be maintained on our website. And don't throw away your Pink Points either since you will still be able to redeem and collect them. Please pass the word to your friends and families.
Again, our apologies for the short notice. We would like to thank you very much for all of your support, friendship and patronage through the years. We would not have been so successful without all of you and are truly blessed with the many friendships that we have made.
